@MojangSupport Your page says that you're working on cases submitted on March 27th, where you direct people to go to know how long it will be until they get help. Is it seriously going to be two months before I get a response on my password issue?

Wow, so two months to be able to play again because your reset password option isn't working... and I know I haven't marked you guys as spam either. (I have no reason to.) So basically, I have to buy another copy if I want to play for the next two months...

Also, weirdly, I tried to re-register my account again, tells me there's already an account with my email address on it. So, just for fun, I register a new account with my same email address... and it lets me. And now I can't log into that one suddenly as well...
