@MojangSupport My daughter's Mac crashed and I am now trying to install Minecraft on her new Mac. However, I am asked to pay for the game again. My e-mail used is casper.tribler@gmail.com. Can you help find out how we can install the game again without getting charged? Thank you.

Hi Support. I have downloaded and installed the Mac version. However, after login with the account casper.tribler@gmail.com, the demo version is only available. It does not recognize that I already paid for the game. Please advise how I can get full access without paying again?
