@MojangSupport Hello Mojang! I have been experiencing some issues with loading up Minecraft. As I press the play button and the loading screen pops up, it freezes and brings up a message stating," Java(TM) SE Binary not responding".

I have the same, nothing fixes it and @MojangSupport advice has done nothing
