@MojangSupport I need some help please. I bought MC java+Win10 edition and everything went good until that day I tried to play but the game has been deleted from my account so can't play Java edition anymore. Can you please help me ?

I already visited this but none of these solutions can help me. I bought the game on bought java and W10 edition but java disappeared from my account even if I still have W10 edition. Maybe can you help me another way ?
