@MojangSupport in MCPE it wont let me use the custom skin and why does it say limited usage?

Custom skins are available only on Win10 & Java. Did you buy it for the marketplace? Could you send a screenshot? ^FS

Here it is it . It wont let me change to my custom skins when i do new skin and choose the skin it says “choose the correct skin type” then it doesn’t appear
