@MojangSupport hey Mojang, been trying to get back into my account after a long while. Password reset emails not showing up in my inbox after multiple tries and no reply for my support email after almost a week. Any chance you can help out?

In my tweet to you I said I’ve already done that and had no answer back... so your reply isn’t very helpful I’m afraid. Can you tell me how long I have to wait or help me please?

Also my support email that wasn’t replied to already has my transactionID on it
