@MojangSupport my friend @kinkofthehill paid for a realm weeks ago and it still hasn't created. And my roommate and I cant join the normal multiplayer game at the same time which is ridiculous. And your customer support time is laughable. Fix this.

he was told realm issues get priority, but no one has gotten back to him. can someone please help with this since we cannot join his non-realm world on the same wifi network?
