@MojangSupport So, I tried to add a resource pack to Bedrock. And this happened. Unable to change back. Cant play any games or anything. Any way to completely reset? Reinstallation has been fruitless.

I believe it might be because I'm signed in with my xbl account. But I can't sign out. Because the UI is broken. And reinstalling the app doesn't work either.

So, just in case anyone else has the problem. I managed to fix it by going to the app settings and deleting all data. Removes worlds but makes the game playable again...
