@Minecraft @Microsoft @MojangSupport @Mojang Please help. My realm says it expired. The payment is on recurring and the payment was done on the 25th of April. Still can’t access it. Really frustrating!!

This is really dissappinting. Your support service is really bad but you expect people to pay for realms? The recurring payment system is not functioning correctly as well.

Day 14 - Still can’t access my realm. Last logon was 16 April 2019 😑

I did submit a ticket. Hope they get to it soon. Starting to think this realm thing is not worth it. Too many issues
