@MojangSupport Hello I am having trouble subscribing to realms as well as having trouble having friends on the windows 10 version to connect to my xbox one world. Any help?

Hey @MojangSupport we can’t purchase anything on the minecraft store because when we try it says “sorry’we can’t complete your purchase.mabye check your internet connection please fix I’m trying to buy realms
