This is a been a problem for many many months where you can be on a realm and give Providence to somebody as the host and it still doesn't give the Privileges to them and when I get up to other people they cannot change privileges

This is a problem because my community manager that is paying for the room once to stop paying for it because we can no longer have people that join it because we cannot give privileges
