@MojangSupport Is there an issue with Bedrock Realms? For more than a month I haven't been able to replace worlds on Realms. I can create them, but not replace them.

We need to look into your case manually to fix. If you are on Bedrock, choose "Minecraf for ..." followed by your device. ^JH

Yes, device is what I mean by platform, because I'm on home consoles, but that's the issue in creating this case thing, because I'm experience this same issue with both the Nintendo Switch and Xbox One versions. That's why I'm not sure what to select when creating the case.
