@MojangSupport my friend sent an email to you guys around the 16th of this month because he purchased minecraft before the mojang merge and has the email saying he did but he was able to make an account on mojang using the same email and now when he logs in all he can do is demo?

In that case, it sounds like your friend will need to migrate his account. He can do so at account.mojang.com/migrate. ^JH
