@MojangSupport Hello ! I would like to know why I can receive mail from help2@mojang.com but I can't receive mail when I try to use the ''Forgot password?'' feature. I am using an Hotmail mailbox. Thank you !

Thank you for the answer ! Does that mean that I have to wait for the support to answer back since I already tried thoses thing and nothing seem to work or there is something else that I can try ?
