@MojangSupport When trying to send a reset password request to my account, i don't receive the email and i think someone has hacked my account and changed the email attached to the account. I have tried to resolve it with @Mojang support system but nothing was resolved

I have but my issue is that i cannot retrieve my TID from @skrill because my dad bought my account and doesn't know what email he used to make the purchase literally 7 years ago. Also getting a response from @Mojang takes weeks. I would prefer for it do be done via DMs or phone
