@MojangSupport, I am having trouble by trying to play online. I have tried other games with internet, and there is no problem. I play on Windows 10, and when I join the online server, after a while "Connection Lost" screen appears. Thanks.

I did that and still have the same issue, the game doesn't play online.. I really wanna play and I have been trying to fix it for about two days..
