@MojangSupport Hello! When minecraft on the switch won’t let you play on a realm that the owner on windows has, i’m guessing they need to log on and update it? If they give permissions to another user, can that user also log in to update the server?

This may be the case. It may be temporary or it may be the owner of the Realm may need to login for the Realm to update. ^JH

Gotcha, so only the owner can login to update it? Even if they gave permissions to another user, that user couldn’t log in for them? The owner works a lot and we’re trying to see if someone else can log in for the update when he’s at work.
