@MojangSupport I get booted from my realm every 5 minutes on the Nintendo switch but have no problems on Xbox one. Any thoughts?

None of that information helped. I have factory reset the switch console and my router and everything in between and still get booted every 5-10 minutes. My Xbox one handles it just fine. Any other recommendations?
