@MojangSupport I can not connect to the minecraft store have you got a fix?

Basically I can't buy coins every time I try it tells me that it can not connect to the minecraft store yet I am connected to xbox live is there a way to fix this issue Thanks Ps could you please let me know if there isn't Thanks again! 😀
