@MojangSupport Can you explain why your support continuously refuses to let me use my username that I had for 5 years before my account was hacked. I keep repeatedly getting brushed aside with absolutely no answer from support.

Both your answer and the page you linked give no information. I do not understand why your go to answer is sorry we refuse to help you, please visit this page that also will not help you. Why would a name be unavailable. Is there an appeal system to make my name available again?
