@MojangSupport Hi I sent a reaquest to the support last month to change my e-mail. Cecilia.F answered me and asked me to send her an e-mail. I sent her an e-mail to link but I still don't have any news... it is normal ? It is case#2616450

Is there an automatic reply from mojang telling you they received the reply when you send an email to mojang.desk-mail ?
