@MojangSupport I’m having issues with my code for free Minecraft for windows. It’s saying it’s been redeemed, but I have never redeemed it.

Well that stinks. I’m waiting on this so I can play with people who have the Win10 version. Otherwise I have to pay for something that I should already have gotten for free with the promotion going on when I got Java Minecraft.
