@MojangSupport I payed to renew my 10 player realm for minecraft bedrock and it still hasn’t renewed my realm and it charged my card the error is Your Purchase succeed but we couldn’t create your realm right now. We will create your realm as soon as possible check back later

Doesn’t I take a month to reply because they are replying to cases from February 18th, I don’t want to wait a month to get a reply, I just want to use my realm. It charged my card to and I never got my realm renewed, wouldn’t it just take away my realm time when it gets fixed

I sent them a email but I don’t want to have to wait a whole month to use my realm is there anything you guys can do sooner
