@MojangSupport hey! My kids' realm is completely not functional right now. Can't restore backup. Can't download. Can't replace. Can't reinit. Failures all across. Can you help?

Sorry to hear that. Try closing and re-opening the Realm completely. If you have your worlds backed up, try resetting. ^PS
