@MojangSupport I am unable to log into my java edition of minecraft, when I try to request a new password I do not receive an e-mail in any of my folders and I have sent a request several times

still nothing, I'm thinking someone somehow gained access to my account to change the password and set e-mails to go to another account, but when I try to register it says an account is already linked to my e-mail yet I can't get a password reset e-mail

it's been 5 days and still no E-mail from support
