Hey, @MojangSupport @XboxSupport.. what am I supposed to do if Minecraft Bedrock is saying "Your other Xbox is taking a long time to sync to the cloud" but every time I press "Try again", it doesnt do anything...?

Here's the problem, @MojangSupport... I've gone through with them and from what it seems... I've lost my worlds permanently... are you guys even able to help me roll my game back somehow to retrieve my saves?
