@MojangSupport Been trying to reset my password for my minecraft account for two days and your site won't send password reset emails to my account. Also have tried to buy game a second time using a new gmail account and cannot verify that account at all. #fixplz

I already have, no ones responded in over 48 hours and your "When will I hear back" page indicates you are over a month behind on responses. Case #2617371 for reference.
