@MojangStatus my Switch Minecraft won’t start. Deleted and reloaded. Played both dockad and handheld. Takes more then 1 min until titelscreen then ”error occurred” What to do?

Tried making a topic but i don’t know. My Minecraft takes Teo minute to load and then ends with ”error occurred”-message. Handheld, docked, with SD or without...no difference. Please help
