By default, the worlds are only saved locally on the device. We can't recover them for you. ^DS

I wish I was told that instead of being told to go back to Xbox Support... but there goes several years of work down the drain.. and I mean this quite literally... I had a world, I've been working on for several years, get deleted due to this..
