Speaking as a respectful user, and a knowledgeable self-learnt hobbiest coder, please remember: • Mojang is not a large AAA studio at all, and • When people pester for updates and provide invalid and / or duplicate bug reports / feature requests, that is valid ones ignored.

Hello I’m a respectful user that purchased a realm on Xbox with real money, now I have a bug that I can’t download my world, I’ve had this for a week now has support answered me? No. What should I say about mojang 🙂

They are on a backlog of support requests. Their website should mention how far back.
