@MojangSupport I'm trying to buy minecraft for my nephew who is under 13, but i keep getting: "An error occurred while placing order, please verify credit card info and try again" I tryed other credit cards and no luck

I don't think there is any error on my web browser/device, 1st thing I checked, and due to the fact that I am purchasing it for my nephew who is under 13, the only method I can pay with is credit card, but either way I already purchased the Windows 10 version from the @Microsoft
