Trying to recover an old Minecraft account. I guess it takes @MojangSupport over two weeks to reply to simple issues such as this one since their site indicates they are working on tickets from the 5th. You know, I don't want to play THAT badly afterall.

As someone who sometimes works in CS, I feel for your team. There may be a need to consider getting extra help or a better system. I maybe spoiled, but I honestly have an expectation of service within 24h or sooner for account related issues in the gaming landscape.
