@MojangSupport How long should I expect to wait for a response on a stolen account ticket created. So far it's been 3 days and it seems like it will be another 18 judging by the rate of your "When will I hear back" page. Is there no support for this important topic?

Thanks for the cookie cutter response. It doesn't seem like customer service is top priority for those who have had accounts stolen/hacked. For the popularity that Minecraft has, I'm disappointed that you have such a basic customer support team that can't keep up with demand.
