My friend and I have been playing cross platform her on Xbox me on switch but recently it gives her an error message every time I invite her or she tries to join my world she got Minecraft on switch as well and tried joining that way and it still shows her an error message

I got the error message as well when I tried joining her world but my brother who is on Xbox can join my world no problem and both me and her can join servers so I don’t understand why she can’t join my world anymore it just loads forever then says unable to connect to world
