@MojangSupport Can't buy Minecraft. Sometimes says "error placing order" and sometimes it just does nothing and says "you need to enter a profile name" (when I have, and I've checked the allowed characters). Any ideas?

If I go the gift code route: can I, in Japan, redeem a gift code purchased in the UK?
