@MojangSupport I've been having severe issues with the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft. I've been through their support twice already over it, and they recommended I contact you to see if anything further can be done. Are you able to help?

I'm afraid we are mostly limited to Minecraft: Java Edition related issues. What kind of problem(s) are you encountering? ^AT

It started off as severe lagging and stuttering while logged into Xbox Live, leading to eventual game crashing when my system couldn't take it. Now, I can play while online, but all my controls have to be pushed really hard to move anywhere.
