@MojangSupport Hi paid for a new pack “Luxury Life” from the store and it says downloading but never finishes. I have closed Minecraft app and shut down iPad and restarted and still nothing. Help!

We did contact Apple. Who says to contact the developer. Meanwhile a little boy who saved up his own money to buy this has to wait days while we get bounced back and forth between companies. You make it nearly impossible to find the right person to contact.
