@MojangSupport Hi paid for a new pack “Luxury Life” from the store and it says downloading but never finishes. I have closed Minecraft app and shut down iPad and restarted and still nothing. Help!

This is an endless circle of nonsense. You sell the add on packs through Minecraft and get a slice of it but can’t even point me to the correct person/company to contact.
