I log on to my realm world it is set to a old world i had before 1.13. i find the world we have been playing from 1.13 forward and the newest map back up is 80 days old. I send a email on the 20th told we are answering e-mails from the 15th look today still answering from 15

I have been a customer for 3 years. this is awful customer support. 5+ players have lost there builds of almost 3 months on a official mine craft server and cant even get an answer if the builds are for sure lost. 😢😢😢
