@MojangSupport I let my Realms subscription expire because I have been waiting nearly a week for the service I paid for to resume. It took 3 days just to hear back from support and now waiting 3 more days for a simple reset? Can't even access any backups... What is happening?

I do have an open ticket. I appreciate you all and what you do, I just wish it could have been resolved last Tuesday when it happened. Somehow my account has been stuck in the switching_slot since then. It's been very frustrating waiting the whole week to get it fixed.
