@MojangSupport Hi there, I cannot retrieve my mail & I don't know all the security questions, I can still log into my account and I've done it for years. I am totally unable to access my mail, mind helping me out via DM?

The thing is... I got it as a present and I don't know the transaction number. Might aswell consider to buy a new account, ugh.
