@MojangSupport why is it when I play Minecraft online my.xbox one I can use texture packs but when I go offline it blocks them and says I gotta purchase It? I've been waiting days and days for a reply but nobody will answer and I'm getting ready to get lawyers.

You can assign it there or in the email, either works as long as we know which Edition/account type it is for^AH
