@MojangSupport Honestly the service you guys are giving me via email is ridiculous, I've answered everything so many time, been over 2 months and just had automated response, I need further help.

How do you expect me to do this I have been for 3 months, I have all the infomation apart from 1 bit which is impossible to get as my account is from 2012, Can I explain the situation to you???
