@MojangSupport Hello. I've a friend who forgot his password but he hasn't received any password reset email for almost 1 month. He has sent a message to the support on the official website but still has no answer. Since he doesn't have twitter that's why it's me who contacts you.

that's what my friend did and he still has no response from you. And the problem is not complicated to understand: he does not receive a password reset email.
