@MojangSupport why is it when I play Minecraft online my.xbox one I can use texture packs but when I go offline it blocks them and says I gotta purchase It? I've been waiting days and days for a reply but nobody will answer and I'm getting ready to get lawyers.

Half the stuff you guys ask for on that I don't have it's Xbox not pc. I don't have a scrolls username or a Minecraft account I have a Xbox pro file with Minecraft downloaded to my Xbox. That's how I play. So answer and h elo yall supposed to be support do ya job
