Hi @XboxSupport i can't join my friend on minecraft, but i can join him in every other games. We have each other put "on" the multipayer settings, but we can't join each other for some reason ( since we download the game [ one week] ) mojang support told me to ask your services.

I did but i'm affraid it's not the problem, because in this sitiation i'm not the problem, because my two friends can't join eachother too. We can join by using Realms Servers but this thing is not free (we do have xbox live gold)

I know that it's more logic to ask to @MojangSupport for these specifc problems but they told me to ask to your services

Ok quick update, m friend can join themselves but i can't. I restarted my xbox but it'doesn't work

Are you using the latest official version or are you unable to receive the latest updates? (non-beta) ^AH

I do have the exact same version that my friends (v1.7.0 ) and i did everything i can do to join them ( uninstall my game and download again, change xbox profile, check my xbox live settings, restart the console, ) and i still can't (but i can join them in Realms Minecraft)

@MojangSupport the fact is that realms is not free so if in 15 days i can't join them i will be forced to stop playing minecraft with them because i ll have no more free acces to realms. I know this isn't my connection
