@MojangSupport Hi, I wasted hours to download & install minecraft for my son and when we could use the demo v on one platform it stopped by error / crash after I used WLAN with my mobile (the demo v is on another platform). Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear this. Please try logging out and back into the game launcher to see if that solves the issue. ^JH
