@MojangStatus @Mojang @MojangSupport Having an issue on Xbox One S...have purchased a candy texture pack. It will not download. Sits and spins. Shows it unlocked but just wont complete. Cleared cache, hard reset, modem reset as well.

Hello, the modem is right behind the xbox one s and has been for a year. No previous issues purchasing skins/textures. The harddrive also has more than 80GB free so space isnt an issue. This was purchased yesterday. We need to go to the next possible solution. Thanks
