@MojangSupport why do Minecraft accounts randomly stop working and then don't allow you to log in? I have 30 kids trying to play and it is a disaster!

I have emailed in the past and help is never timely or for that matter helpful. I was using Minecraft on Windows 10 for an afternoon club.
