Does the mojang support actually do anything other than the direct people to other places that (from my experience) takes me to articles that have nothing to do with my problem.

Your attitude is terrible. The pictures were not clear. Do you own it on Xbox One and want to play on Windows 10? Or is the problem that you can't play on the platform you already own it?
